RGA Logistics is an enthusiastic firm based in Charleston, SC, the fastest growing port on the East Coast. The firm is licensed as a U.S. Customs House Broker—with two licensed brokers on staff. RGA Logistics provides a wide range of freight and US Customs services. This ABI certified Customs Broker has been providing skilled and efficient service to the international community for the past decade. RGA can obtain electronic releases from U.S. Customs within minutes of sending them your entry.

All of the company's operations are devoted to international transportation. We manage transportation, documentation and banking for our clients throughout the world. Our specially trained staff working with modern equipment will monitor your shipments, and ensure timely clearance and updates on shipment status.

Our primary focus is on the ports of Charleston, Savannah, New York, and Los Angeles.  However either through Remote Location Filing or through our network of Customs Brokers throughout the United States we are able to make entry in other ports directly through our Charleston office. This allows our importers to make entry at any US port coordinated by our attentive Charleston staff, while our online tracking system allows you to monitor your entry status regardless of the port of entry.

U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection’s Importer Security Filing, (formerly 10+2), has been finalized. Beginning January 26, 2009 US importers will be required to provide CBP with additional advance data elements for all ocean vessel shipments inbound to the United States. With these filing requirements, importers and their supply chain partners will have new data gathering and reporting responsibilities.

To provide our customers with an effective means to be compliant with the new ruling, RGA Logistics is offering two options for filing.
